After the closing of the announced application windows for the 108th session, the next steps are different for those who applied and those who did not.

I applied

Save your application, selected location and level, and instructions from the organizer.

Double check that your online application has been submitted and that you have selected the exact location and degree.
In 108th session one had to go to designated place with printed application form and documents to get fee and exam number.
The official contact for Fergana is the International Korean University of Fergana, and the other specified cities are the Educational Center in Tashkent.

I failed to apply

All announced local windows of the 108th session have been closed, and the next regular TOPIK session has yet to be announced.

Do not use old windows from July 1-11 for the next session.
The portal indicated that there is no active registration period; wait for the new official announcement.
Do not confuse Regular TOPIK PBT with portal IBT messages or EPS-TOPIK.

Wait for the new official announcement

No late application, waiting list, or relocation procedures have been announced for Session 108.

Check the new date and online application window from the official channels of the Education Center in Tashkent.
Do not pay or send documents without new official instructions.
Do not assume that the location shown in the previous session will be the same in the next session.
