Istanbul and Ankara application windows for the 108th regular TOPIK are closed; Application and exam location rules in the two cities are not interchangeable.

Only consider your application with confirmation and final instructions from your city regulator.

I missed the application deadline
In the two local announcements examined, there is no open, late application or intercity transfer route for the 108th session.

- Do not transfer Istanbul's application document to Ankara or Ankara's document and payment flow to Istanbul.
- Do not purchase non-refundable transportation or accommodation until your location and application are confirmed in writing.
