What to do now

Choose your situation

Once registration has closed, confirmed candidates and people who missed the window need different next steps.

I already applied

Check that your application completed every stage required by your city organizer.

  • Find the acceptance, payment and registration-number emails; a submitted form did not always mean a confirmed place.
  • Check the city, level and identity details. Moscow and Rostov do not allow a center change after registration.
  • Before travelling, recheck the address, entry time and accepted identity document in your organizer's latest message.

I missed registration

There is no open session-108 application route at the three confirmed Russian centers.

  • Do not use an old form or pay after the deadline: the organizers say late applications and payments are not accepted.
  • Monitor the Embassy, SPbU and the Rostov center separately because their schedules and procedures are independent.
  • Do not treat the global session 109 as available in Russia until a Russian organizer publishes a city and application process.

Fees

Places

Application items
  • A handwritten English/Korean application, then a scan or photograph.
  • Passport pages, or a birth certificate for a candidate under 14.
  • A frontal JPG photo; a representative's identity document for a minor.

Wait for the SPbU email with your registration number, exact venue and time before travelling.

If nearby places are unavailable

Another city means another application, not a transfer

A different city is an option only while that center's own application route is open and its organizer confirms your place.

  1. Compare the live status, deadline and method for each center first; all three session-108 windows are now closed.
  2. Do not move an application, payment or document package between cities: the rules and organizers differ.
  3. Obtain explicit place and payment confirmation before buying non-refundable travel or accommodation.
  4. A city that hosted TOPIK before is not necessarily included in the next session.

  • The registration sheet or voucher with number and photograph in the format supplied by your center.

  • Correction tape when required by your center's instructions.

Important

  • Candidates arriving after the stated entry cutoff are not admitted.
