Start with the test format
The KCC notice separates PBT and IBT administration in Manila, so the correct next step depends on the format you plan to take.
I already applied
Keep the confirmation from the organizer for the format you selected and wait for its own session instructions.
- For IBT, check the Ateneo Korean Studies Program's official page for the announcement that applies to your session.
- For PBT, use the Enderun Colleges route named by the KCC; do not substitute the IBT channel.
- Confirm any venue, entry instructions and required documents only when the applicable organizer publishes them.
I am looking for registration
The reviewed KCC notice lists future dates but does not publish an open registration window for the September IBT session.
- Do not infer a registration deadline, fee, capacity or venue from the calendar alone.
- Watch the Ateneo Korean Studies Program for IBT announcements and Enderun Colleges for PBT registration separately.
- Do not use information for regular TOPIK as information for EPS-TOPIK.

The KCC says that registration announcements for regular TOPIK IBT are made through the Ateneo Korean Studies Program's official Facebook page.
The reviewed official notice does not state whether places are limited, full, or supported by a waiting list.
