What to do now

Choose your situation

After the session-108 deadline, confirmed applicants and people who missed the window have different next steps.

I already applied

Check the KEID confirmation lifecycle rather than treating the sent application email as a confirmed place.

  • For session 108, KEID said it would send confirmation by email on 14 August 2026; there was no automatic receipt after sending the application.
  • If no confirmation arrived, the published contact window was 17–21 August. Check your level, chosen location and identity details with KEID before making travel commitments.
  • Read the later KEID instruction planned for 17 September and recheck the official information before travelling; neither listed site has a public room allocation in the reviewed material.

I missed registration

The listed Germany email application for regular TOPIK 108 closed at 17:00 local time on 23 July 2026.

  • Do not send the old application or fee after the deadline: the official sheet says later applications are not possible.
  • Do not assume that a different city, an earlier Germany session or a global TOPIK number creates another current German route.
  • Monitor a new KEID or authorised-university notice for a later regular TOPIK session; its date, locations, fees and procedure are not announced in the reviewed sources.

After the deadline

A listed location is not a late-registration route

Both sites are listed for the same closed session-108 KEID workflow. The reviewed sources do not announce a waitlist, late application or transfer between them.

  1. Do not pay or send application documents without a new official KEID instruction.
  2. Do not treat Bochum and Oberursel as interchangeable after the deadline; the form asked the candidate to choose a testing area and the sheet says the test can be taken only at the registered location.
  3. Do not buy non-refundable travel or accommodation until KEID has confirmed your application and the latest instruction has been checked.
  4. A previous German venue does not establish that it will appear in a later session.

Timetable and final checks

The session-108 information sheet publishes the same timetable for the two named locations. Follow any later KEID instruction if it changes the local arrangement.

Important
