How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the TopikLab app.
Instructions
- Open TopikLab and sign in to your account
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down to the Delete Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion in the dialog
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Profile and credentials — email, password, linked Google accounts
- Exam results — all attempts, answers, and scores
- Writing submissions — all submitted essays and AI evaluations
- Practice progress — question type drill completion records
- Feedback — any messages submitted through the feedback form
What Data Is NOT Deleted
- Aggregated analytics — anonymized usage statistics (not linked to your account)
- Server logs — IP addresses and request data are retained for up to 30 days and deleted automatically
Timeline
Account and all personal data are deleted instantly upon confirmation. Server logs containing IP addresses are automatically purged within 30 days.
Can’t Access Your Account?
If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request to topiklab@topiklab.com. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 3 business days.
